Quiet Anger Blows the Other Person toward You

Share your anger in a quiet way and the other person will appreciate it. Something bad happens. You are going to talk about it. The other person knows that too. Rather than a high volume blow up, you might consider a low volume blow up. A low volume blow up is possible when you reflect upon your anger. Observe your own anger with less judgment and more objectivity. Articulate more precisely the deeper hurt to the other person and to express it in a way that the other person can hear it. Sharing your anger with a lower volume, civil language and slower speed achieves both a sense of saying what you want to say and the other person hearing it without being turned off.
