Experience
During almost twenty years in the world of interest-based negotiation and conflict resolution, Ms. Meeker Green has facilitated, mediated, and trained a variety of public and private sector audiences. Her experience includes negotiation skill enhancement for business leaders, labor-management negotiation training sessions at universities, mediations among stakeholders at public institutions, facilitation of annual retreats, and speaking engagements at national and regional conferences. As Managing Director for Accordence, Ms. Meeker Green heads numerous initiatives including finance, operations, business development, marketing, and partnerships.
Prior to joining Accordence, Ms. Meeker Green spent seven years at the consulting and training firm, ThoughtBridge, first as a Senior Associate and then as the Director of Operations. Before ThoughtBridge, she was a Policy Associate at Recruiting New Teachers, Inc., a national non-profit organization. At RNT, Ms. Meeker Green researched teacher recruitment and development initiatives and strategized with state departments of education, school districts, and universities regarding methods for building well-qualified, diverse teacher workforces.
Ms. Meeker Green also brings six years of experience working with professionals at Conflict Management Inc. (CMI) where she designed and conducted negotiation and conflict resolution training for individuals in public and private sectors.
During her undergraduate studies, Ms. Meeker Green spent five months studying language and culture in Madrid, Spain and teaching English as a Second Language. At Simmons College, she focused on educational reform initiatives and cross-cultural communication.
