Experience
As an independent performance consultant, Kevin Jones specializes in extending the negotiation skills, effectiveness and leadership excellence of executives, managers, and key account teams within national and multinational corporations.

Mr. Jones's education in leadership and business strategy and his career in sales and marketing with Northern Telecom and Global One, the international arm of Sprint Long Distance have honed his expertise in preparing for and negotiating deals. In addition, working closely with senior management, he gained invaluable experience helping to develop a successful and sustainable coaching process.

Having established himself as a Performance Specialist, Mr. Jones created Lead Transformation, Inc.  As an independent consultant, he has partnered with some of the leading names in sales performance development, and was exposed to the cultures and practices of international teams from a broad range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, manufacturing, financial services and advanced technology. His extensive list of clients included Amgen, Eli Lilly, Bayer, Pharacia, United Parcel Service, Booz Allen Hamilton, America On-Line, Microsoft and Bank of America. 

In his consulting business, Mr. Jones combines his thorough academic grounding with proven hands-on experience to help companies further improve their negotiation, leadership, and performance excellence.
