As a consultant, Carole Kammen has facilitated both corporate and government clients in negotiation and conflict management, and designed and delivered training programs in sales productivity, management, and leadership. In addition, she has provided consultation and coaching to executives, focusing on organizational development, recruitment, implementation of vision, values, and strategy. She has aided in the creation and development of high performance teams and organizations.
Carole is Principal and Co-Founder of a management consulting firm that specializes in management training, leadership development, cultural transformation, executive coaching, and team building. She guides her clients in expanding the effectiveness and resourcefulness of individuals, mobilizing the collective capacities of groups, and developing partnerships that flourish. She helps her clients unlock the performance potential that lies within teams and individuals to increase their impact and results.
Prior to founding her firm, she spent over half a decade as head of national sales and training for a large personal development organization.
Carole advises large and small clients across all stages of the organizational lifecycle including Fortune 500 global companies, non-profits, governmental agencies and start-up companies. Her corporate and executive clients have included American Express, Charles Schwab, Massachusetts General Hospital, Fidelity Investments, Merrill Lynch, Akamai Technologies, Visa, Lucasfilm, Ltd., Pixar, and the California Department of Transportation.
