Facilitator and motivational speaker Michael Rizzolo brings clients 20 years of experience helping organizations reach strategic goals by improving interpersonal communication. He specializes in the areas of negotiation, leadership, sales mastery, performance management, team building, effective listening, coaching, and corrective action. A certified trainer for many leading learning programs, he is also an accomplished international business speaker.
Mr. Rizzolo's career includes heading the Sign Language Interpreting Department of the National Technical Institute for the Deaf affiliated with New York State's Rochester Institute of Technology. He also produced and hosted a weekly radio talk show. He is founder and CEO of Communication Services, Inc., which provides interpersonal communication training for a broad range of clients. His experience enables him to bring his clients knowledge of how people think and how barriers to communication may exist even though people share the same language, business environment, background, or goals. Whether he's working with leaders and followers, colleagues within a team, or on a vision within an organization, he works to help people overcome communication barriers and get motivated to move forward.
