Experience

Prior to Accordence, Jeff Wing worked with the Harvard Negotiation Project, training law students, attorneys and other professionals in principled negotiation. He went on to become a senior consultant and founding member of ThoughtBridge, a consulting and training firm. He is now a facilitator for Accordence. Mr. Wing's past experience also includes work with the Kansas State Board of Agriculture and the law firm of Bryan Cave in Kansas City, Missouri.

At Accordence, Mr. Wing consults with clients regarding complex multi-party conflicts and transactions and provides training and facilitation. He focuses on the areas of negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management, and works with private and public sector organizations as well as multinational corporations.

Jeff's work includes the successful facilitation of mergers between formerly competitive organizations, the repair and reconstruction of damaged working relationships between organizations and their customers and between organizational divisions, the training of labor and management teams to execute collaborative collective bargaining contracts, and the mediation of public disputes. Organizations with which Mr. Wing has worked include Hewlett-Packard, DuPont, Eli Lilly & Co., Motorola, Eastman Chemical Co., Deloitte & Touche, American Century, the NAACP, the State of Minnesota, numerous national and state-level government agencies, and school districts across the country.
