Accordence Adds Talent and Capacity with New Director

Accordence's Managing Director, Ms. Heather Meeker Green, is pleased to announce that Ms. Rachel DiGiammarino has joined its team as Director of Business Development.

In the last four months, Ms. DiGiammarino has been serving as strategic marketing advisor to Accordence, as well as having performed numerous consulting projects for the company back in 2008-2009. She got exposed to the world of negotiation training and consulting while working for 4 years at Conflict Management, Inc. in the early 1990's, alongside Heather Meeker Green and Grande Lum. In more recent years, she has also been a participant and facilitator in a number of leadership development programs, which have had an intensive focus on communication and personal effectiveness.

Ms. DiGiammarino's education and professional career has followed a very impressive path and in this newly created role she'll be utilizing her depth of experience to develop relationships, source opportunity, create process, and demonstrate thought leadership.
