Using the tools and processes of our practice, Accordence Senior Consultants support and coach you on your upcoming negotiation situations, challenges, and issues via a video or phone call. The focus of the hour will be determined jointly and may include interest analysis, creative solutions development, criteria measurement, agreement and proposal strategy, challenging dynamics and behaviors review, and capacity building in ways to manage conflict effectively, communicate well, and work collaboratively. $400 per hour.
